About Dale and Angela Humphries

Dale and Angela Humphries are the husband-and-wife team behind OnPoint Personal Defense, based in Summerville, South Carolina. Both are certified firearms instructors, military veterans, and passionate educators dedicated to equipping everyday people with the skills and confidence to defend themselves and others.

With extensive experience in personal defense, Dale and Angela train with purpose and humility—putting in hundreds of hours each year with top instructors across the country to sharpen their abilities as shooters and instructors. Their mission is to pass that knowledge on in a practical, no-intimidation approach.

They specialize in foundational skills like situational awareness, concealed weapons permit (CWP) instruction, basic pistol, and non-lethal defense—including pepper spray and Image-Based Decisional Drills (IBDD). Their programs also include Stop the Bleed, CPR certification, and emergency range medicine.

Whether you’re new to firearms or ready to advance, the Humphries offer hands-on training that is informative, approachable, and rooted in real-world readiness. Private lessons, group classes, and mobile training options are available.
